SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders that are received on weekdays (Monday-Friday) before approx. 3:00 pm. (GMT) are generally dispatched within 1 working day after the order is placed, and orders received after 3:00 pm (GMT) will be treated as an order received the following day, you then need to allow the 1-3 working days from the following day. All goods are dispatched by means of Royal Mail, you will receive confirmation that the order has been shipped. The tacking no. should be provided to allow you to track your parcel that allows you to view the status of the delivery at any time using the tracking no.

UK Delivery
Deliveries to the UK are shipped with FedEx. If the first delivery is not successful, a notification will be left in your letter box. Fedex will attempt to deliver the parcel the following day or you can have it delivered to an alternative address or to your neighbour.
It is also possible in most regions to pick up the package from a Fedex store or packing station.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00 or €75.00, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanging goods and cancelling orders
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. PSIFER requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds Once your return is received at the UK office it will be logged and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7/10 workdays.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you can use this form. Send the entire packaging unit, including the completed returns form or a note on the paperwork and the declaration of cancellation, to the UK address within 14 days, after delivery. postage paid by you: We can accept returns within 14 days from receipt.
